All articles and news have been transferred over to the blog.

As the Articles section started to grow, I realized that categories are necessary. I realized that tweaks needed to be made to easily edit them. I also wanted to write an RSS feed to distribute the content better. I started all the code to do all this, and then I realized that I was essentially trying to recreate Drupal. Drupal is an excellent piece of article software that is also available in the Red Rocker Fantastico section in the control panel.

I also wanted to be able to write articles in a more informal way. Writing an article and then white-washing into bland corporate-speak is a very tedious process. A 1st person narrative plus the type of language that separates the textbooks from the more enjoyable guidebooks is not very professional and would not work on the main-LLC page. Setting aside a “blog” sub-domain off the main site is an effective way to distance in-depth opinionated articles without diminishing the respect the main corporate site.

I hope the Red Rocker Blog becomes a useful resource for all.
